The Impact Leadership Council (ILC) is a nonprofit founded by The Swygert Group that is diversifying the pipeline by supporting high-performing and high-potential social impact leaders. The ILC provides a network whose members gain access to financial resources, relationships, and a comprehensive support infrastructure crucial to achieving their goals.
Principles
We believe that inclusive, fair, and sustainable institutions are necessary to ensure a just and equitable society and to fully realize positive human potential for the benefit of all.
We believe that society’s institutions function best when all constituent groups have a voice.
In particular, the Impact Leadership Council believes that there is an immediate need to increase the number and influence of members of the new-majority groups if we are all to benefit from their perspectives and input.
Our Mission
The Impact Leadership Council exists to identify, support, and amplify the work of established and emerging social impact leaders. The ILC intends to serve its constituents by providing access to strategic and customized leadership development tools and mentoring. Through providing these services, constituents will acquire opportunities to tap into innovative research and best practices in their practice area, as well as funding sources and other resources integral to their ultimate success.
